Brian is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where he represents clients in a wide array of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Brian practiced in the area of removal defense at a law firm in Boston. In this position, he focused on appellate matters, family-based immigration and employment-based immigration, including EB-3, EB-5, L-1 and H-1B classifications. During law school, Brian served as the Chief Note Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.

Brian has provided pro bono representation in conjunction with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project (PAIR).

Brian speaks English fluently and is proficient in Spanish.
