In his role as Chief Transformation Officer, Brian is responsible for driving innovation across a number of areas, including client service, internal processes, business development and technology and working closely with firm leadership on the development and implementation of a number of key programs aimed at delivering ongoing value to clients and partners.
An outcome-driven professional with a specific focus on the customer-centric approach, Brian has been leading business transformations for nearly 30 years in the consulting and financial services industries. He is known for effecting big step changes to solve large business problems, redesigning operating models to increase efficiency, increasing the effectiveness of sales operations and implementing a risk and control framework to reduce exposure. Brian believes that every major change a company undertakes to improve its probability of achieving successful outcomes must also positively impact all three key constituencies—clients, shareholders and employees. Brian prides himself on the ability to take on complex problems and simplify them into small, digestible aspects to help align all key stakeholders across the organization.
Prior to joining Fragomen, he served as Executive Vice President, Shared Service and Change Leader at Wells Fargo Bank where he built a new division and was responsible strategic portfolio planning, growth and efficiency initiatives while prioritizing and delivering bottom-line outcomes. He also served as President of Key Investment Services at KeyBank where he was responsible executive leadership and transformation of the retail investment services division.
