NEW YORK/LONDON – September 18, 2023 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces the hire of Brian Halloran to serve as Chief Transformation Officer and Hadar BenGal to serve as Managing Director, Commercial.
Halloran is responsible for leading the development and implementation of several programs aimed at the client experience via technology and is also focused on change management and transformation strategy. BenGal is responsible for leading commercial strategies in support of the firm’s growth goals and enhanced client service.

Halloran brings nearly 30 years of experience in the consulting and financial services industries where he led several business segment and enterprise-wide transformations, including in his most recent roles as Executive Vice President, Shared Service and Change Leader at Wells Fargo Bank and President of Key Investment Services at KeyBank.

BenGal has more than 20 years of legal and global mobility experience across the technology and pharmaceutical industries focusing on identifying risks and driving pragmatic and business-oriented legal solutions in a variety of commercial areas. She most recently held the role of Director, EMEA Legal, at Micron Technology, primarily supporting the Automotive practice as well as overseeing commercial and contracting, M&A, compliance, supply, sales, marketing, privacy, litigation, outside counsel management and various HR areas for the EMEA region. Previously she managed the global immigration organization for EMEA at Intel Corporation.
