Bridget is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she practices business immigration law. She leads a team in preparing visa petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence for a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters in a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and entertainment. Bridget also has experience representing investors in the preparation and filing of EB-5 petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Bridget served as an Attorney Advisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where she advised Immigration Judges and prepared orders adjudicating applications for relief in removal proceedings. She also completed the Attorney General’s Honors Program.
During law school, Bridget worked as a Law Clerk in Fragomen’s New York office, where she assisted with visa petitions and adjustment of status applications for highly skilled foreign employees.
