Caitlin is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s U.S. Consular team located in Sydney, Australia, where she advises clients on consular visa processes and emergency appointment options, and is experienced in developing case strategy and identifying potential visa issues.
She assists with nonimmigrant visa types, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-3, E-2 and B-1/B-2, as well as consular processing of immigrant visas. She has experience obtaining visas for a range of professionals including intra-company transferees, multinational managers and individuals with extraordinary ability.
Prior to joining Fragomen’s U.S Consular team, Caitlin worked at Fragomen’s Boston office where she assisted corporate clients with employment-based matters, including nonimmigrant visa applications and the permanent residency process.
While in law school, Caitlin served as a Student Attorney with the Immigration Law Clinic, assisting detainees, asylum applicants and Temporary Protected Status applicants. She has also provided pro bono services related to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and naturalization cases, as well as marriage-based immigrant visa petitions.
