Carsten is CEO of Nomadic, Fragomen’s technology-led solution for the short-term travel industry. In this role, he leads initiatives to strengthen Nomadic’s global presence and expand its service offerings, including business visa and passport services, while driving business travel compliance and dynamic service capabilities.
With more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Carsten is a seasoned professional with deep commercial and strategic expertise. His career includes a pivotal five-year tenure at a private equity–operated firm, where he played a key role in driving growth, forging critical partnerships, identifying M&A opportunities and shaping overall strategy.
In his role, Carsten works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop long-term strategies, provide insight into industry trends and conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities. He also implements innovative approaches to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Carsten speaks English, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.
