With more than 25 years in dynamic leadership roles, Carsten is a seasoned professional shaped by a pivotal five-year tenure at a PE-operated firm, where he played a key role in driving growth, forging essential partnerships, pinpointing M&A opportunities and guiding strategy.
Carsten leads initiatives to strengthen the global presence and enhance service offerings for Nomadic, Fragomen’s technology-led solution for the short-term travel industry, including business visa and passport services. He collaborates with teams to drive business travel compliance and support dynamic service capabilities. He also works closely with senior leaders to craft long-term strategies and provide valuable insights on industry trends, conducts in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and implements innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
