Chelsea is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Matawan office. She has experience representing clients in a wide array of nonimmigrant (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1, E-2 and J-1 waiver) and immigrant (e.g., EB-1, NIW and PERM) business immigration matters. Chelsea has assisted clients of all sizes ranging from multinational corporations to start-ups across many industries including engineering, manufacturing and automotive, energy, information technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, hospitality and education.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Chelsea was an attorney for a Philadelphia immigration law firm, where she handled a broad range of immigration matters including employment and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, inadmissibility waivers, naturalization applications, cancellation of removal and asylum.
During law school, Chelsea served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. Having been selected for the Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors Clinical, she interned with U.S. District Court Judges Cynthia M. Rufe and C. Darnell Jones, II.
