Cherilyn is an Operations Director at Fragomen’s Johannesburg office, where she is responsible for ensuring that our Africa teams deliver the highest level of client service. She is also responsible for maximizing efficiencies across the region, including analyzing service delivery to clients, leveraging process methodologies and implementing improvements. In addition, Cherilyn is the key liaison between the firm’s Africa offices and the firm’s global operations and standards teams as well as corporate departments. She ensures a globally consistent approach to service delivery and client care.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Cherilyn worked at a leading global public relations and media firm, looking after Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. She also held a global HR role in a large global telecommunications company in South Africa.
Cherilyn speaks English and is conversational in Hebrew and Afrikaans.
