Christine is a Director at Fragomen’s Dubai office, where she leads the Destination Services team for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

With more than 30 years of experience in relocation and destination services, Christine has played a key role in developing and managing programs across the Middle East. She drives the strategic direction and operational success of services such as home and school searches, orientation programs and ongoing relocation support. Her focus is on delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring both service excellence and high satisfaction across a diverse client base. Christine is also a trusted strategic advisor, offering tailored solutions that help talent integrate quickly and thrive—both professionally and personally—in their new environments.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Christine served as Managing Director for a global relocation firm in the Middle East, where she oversaw programs for major consulting firms and led a high-profile relocation project from the UAE to Saudi Arabia. She has also held senior leadership roles across multiple regions, bringing deep global experience to the mobility and relocation industry.

Throughout her career, Christine has consistently revitalized organizations, secured major client contracts and driven sustainable growth, all while building high-performing teams and maintaining strong employee and client engagement.
