Clayton is a Senior Manager – Client Services in Fragomen’s London office, where he leads operational delivery for Nomadic, Fragomen’s technology-led solution for the short-term travel industry, enabling seamless visa and mobility support for global organisations.
Clayton is a seasoned professional in the consular business visa industry with nearly 20 years of experience navigating global mobility challenges. Originally from South Africa, Clayton moved to the UK in 2007 and began his career as a caseworker, focusing on business visa processing. He has developed a deep understanding of various industries, with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector, where he became proficient in handling crew changes.
As the first case worker to join the Nomadic Technologies team in the UK, Clayton played a key role in establishing and refining Nomadic’s visa services offering. In 2023, he transitioned into a client services role, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to support and manage business visa programs for Nomadic’s clients.
