Dacia is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises multinational corporate and individual clients on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including employment-based petitions, family-based petitions and consular processing matters. She has experience assisting mid-size and large corporate clients in diverse industries including financial and technology services, healthcare, insurance, capital management, apparel retailers and oil & gas, among others.
Dacia’s pro bono experience includes participation in immigration clinics for Caribbean communities in Brooklyn and Long Island and preparing DACA applications for students at a charter school in North Carolina. Dacia also has volunteered with the National Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals.
