Daniel is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he counsels clients on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Daniel has represented individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations across the healthcare, communications and tech industries. His experience focuses on assisting clients with immigrant visa petitions and permanent residency applications.
Prior to his current role, Daniel served as an Assistant Paralegal at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he focused on supporting the office’s legal teams in immigrant visa matters. During law school, he rejoined the Silicon Valley office, where he assisted legal teams with obtaining O-1 and EB-1 extraordinary ability visas for scientists and business professionals based on demonstrated expertise and prominence within their fields, which also included complex responses to Request for Evidence.
