David is a Regional Immigration Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai office with over 10 years of immigration experience and more than 18 years in professional services consulting. In his current role, he advises companies in the Middle East and North Africa region on immigration matters in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, and Tunisia, among other countries. He is responsible for service delivery oversight and relationship management to ensure a seamless client experience across our end-to-end immigration, consular, and social services offerings. David is experienced in handling a broad range of corporate immigration and consulting assignments and is a qualified Certified Secretary of Kenya (CS-K).

Before joining the Dubai office, David was a manager with Fragomen in the East Africa practice based in Nairobi, Kenya, for seven years, where he managed immigration services into Kenya and several other East African countries. Prior to joining Fragomen, David worked with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Kenya, where he was instrumental in developing an immigration practice alongside the firm’s expatriate tax and corporate services. He also has prior experience in tax consulting and Corporate Secretarial consulting.

David speaks English and Swahili.
