Dennis serves as a Managing Director at Fragomen India and the India Head for Fragomen’s newest venture, Fragomen Educational Services. He oversees and directs diverse programs encompassing business immigration, technology, shared services and student services. He offers client-centric solutions to the intricate challenges of international education, global mobility and immigration, collaborating with CXOs and industry leaders to formulate and execute immigration strategies.

In his role as the India Leader for Fragomen Educational Services, Dennis leads the strategic planning and development of the study abroad division in India, overseeing and building all functions integral to its success, from marketing, operations, recruitment to partnerships, technology strategies and growth initiatives. He ensures the deployment of suitable staff and fosters a balanced mix of client and vendor partnerships. Dennis mentors counsellors, managers and leaders, incubating ideas for improvement and exploring new business avenues. He works closely with international universities, educational institutions, student recruitment platforms and other service providers to empower students in their international education journey and tap into the Indian market.

Additionally, Dennis manages the Global and Corporate Shared Services teams in India, driving the development and implementation of technology solutions, including RPA and AI-based digital transformation. He oversees India’s Quality and Business Excellence programs, encompassing Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management. Dennis guides managers in achieving business objectives across regions in a cross-functional environment.

Throughout his tenure, Dennis has held various roles, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Client Services Manager and Account Manager within Fragomen India offices.
