Dennis is a Senior Director at Fragomen’s Kochi office, where he oversees and directs various programs covering business immigration, technology, shared services and the firm's newest venture in international education services, Fragomen Educational Services (FES). Dennis provides client-centric solutions to the complex and dynamic challenges of international education, global mobility and immigration. He partners with CXOs and leaders from various industries to formulate and execute their immigration strategies.

Dennis manages the Global and Corporate Shared Services teams in India and leads the development and implementation of technology solutions, RPA and AI-based digital transformation in India. He also oversees the Quality and Business Excellence programs for India, including Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management. Dennis mentors and guides managers and helps them to achieve business goals in a cross-functional environment across regions.

As the India Leader for Fragomen Educational Services, Dennis directs and manages the marketing, business development, branding and technology strategies, as well as overall operations. He hires and deploys the appropriate staff and ensures a balanced mix of client and vendor partnerships. Dennis also mentors counsellors, managers and leaders in idea incubation, focusing on identifying potential areas for improvement and untapped business avenues. He collaborates with international universities and education providers in building partnerships that tap into the Indian market.
