Dexter is a Manager at Fragomen’s Singapore office, where he oversees the APAC Regional Consular Practice, providing visa services for APAC outbound travelers as well as document services such as legalization, apostille, procurement and translation of APAC‑issued documents. Dexter guides the APAC team focused on Nomadic, Fragomen’s technology-led solution for the short-term travel industry. He also manages a team of dedicated consular professionals and works closely with them on complex visa and document processes across diplomatic missions, embassies, consulates and visa centers, ensuring efficient delivery of services to both Fragomen and Nomadic clients. In addition, Dexter is also responsible for growth market jurisdictions such as Micronesia, Palau and Samoa, where he provides inbound immigration support as required.
Dexter has extensive experience in short-term business travel compliance and immigration services. He delivers exceptional client experiences by combining his deep industry knowledge with a personalized approach, tailored his support to each client’s needs, making complex processes more efficient and user-friendly.
Dexter speaks Cebuano, English, Filipino and Tagalog.
