Eda offers strategic legal counsel and guidance to a variety of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, including AI, advertising/marketing and communications, banking, biotechnology, e-commerce, fintech, financial services, fine and performing arts, food and beverage, nutrition, insurance, internet services, law, natural resources exploration and production, retailing, robotics and technology.
With more than a decade of experience in U.S. corporate immigration law, Eda advises on all aspects of business immigration, including temporary work visas, permanent residency, citizenship and compliance solutions aligned with business objectives. She also represents individuals in family-based immigration matters. Eda works closely with startups, helping them build and manage multifaceted immigration programs from the ground up as they scale into larger businesses. She frequently partners with accelerator organizations to support early-stage companies in navigating U.S. immigration as they grow.
Known for her practical and strategic approach, Eda provides creative and tailored solutions to meet each clientβs specific needs. Her practice is grounded in responsive communication, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results. She is also an advocate for incorporating innovative technology to streamline the immigration process and enhance client experience.
