Eda offers strategic legal counsel and guidance to a variety of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, including AI, advertising/marketing and communications, banking, biotechnology, e-commerce, fintech, financial services, fine and performing arts, food and beverage, nutrition, insurance, internet services, law, natural resources exploration and production, retailing, robotics and technology.

With more than a decade of experience in U.S. corporate immigration law, Eda advises on all aspects of business immigration, including temporary work visas, permanent residency, citizenship and compliance solutions aligned with business objectives. She also represents individuals in family-based immigration matters. Eda works closely with startups, helping them build and manage multifaceted immigration programs from the ground up as they scale into larger businesses. She frequently partners with accelerator organizations to support early-stage companies in navigating U.S. immigration as they grow.

Known for her practical and strategic approach, Eda provides creative and tailored solutions to meet each client’s specific needs. Her practice is grounded in responsive communication, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results. She is also an advocate for incorporating innovative technology to streamline the immigration process and enhance client experience.

As an immigrant herself, Eda brings personal insight and empathy to her work. She is actively involved in pro bono efforts, including volunteering with CUNY Citizenship Now and Safe Passage, where she has provided legal guidance to unaccompanied minors and immigrant families. She also supports aspiring legal professionals through her involvement in the pre-law program at CUNY Hunter College.

Eda began her career with Fragomen as a law clerk in 2012. Her previous experience includes internships with the New York City Council, the Honorable Justice Schack of the Kings County Supreme Court and a boutique immigration firm in New York prior to attending law school.

Eda is fluent in Albanian and English and proficient in Italian.
