Eden is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Montreal office, where he focuses on Canadian permanent residence, work permit applications and inadmissibility matters.
Eden has extensive experience advising individuals and employers on a wide range of immigration pathways, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs and work permits, with experience handling both employer specific and open work permit categories. He has also assisted businesses in navigating Canada's immigration framework to attract and retain foreign talent. His experience spans multiple key sectors of the Canadian economy. He has successfully managed immigration matters for clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, hospitality and transportation.
Additionally, Eden has also represented clients facing inadmissibility issues, including criminal inadmissibility, and has prepared successful applications for Criminal Rehabilitation, Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs) and Authorizations to Return to Canada (ARCs). He is committed to developing tailored legal strategies to address complex personal histories and providing practical, strategic and client-focused advice to help clients achieve their immigration objectives.
