Eduardo is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he partners with clients to identify solutions that meet their corporate immigration needs. Eduardo has particular experience with EB-1 permanent residency petitions, L-1 Blanket petitions and O-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions. He has experience guiding clients through every step of case processing, from case initiation to petition filing, followed by responding to Requests for Evidence and filing Motions to Reopen and Motions to Reconsider for H-1B, TN, L-1, EB-1 and O-1 visas, among others. Eduardo has represented clients in a variety of fields, including large corporations in the technology, financial and engineering sectors.
