He has extensive experience preparing EB-5, EB-1 and National Interest Waiver (NIW) permanent residency petitions, as well as L-1 Blanket and O-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Eduardo guides clients through all phases of case management—from initial strategy and petition preparation to responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIRs) and filing Motions to Reopen and Motions to Reconsider. His experience spans a wide range of visa categories, including H-1B, TN, L-1, EB-5, EB-1, NIW and O-1, among others.

Eduardo leverages strong relationships with EB-5 stakeholders and provides clients with customized strategies to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
