Edwing is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he concentrates his practice on U.S. business immigration law. He advises both individual and corporate clients on a wide spectrum of immigration matters and compliance strategies.
Edwing’s experience managing corporate immigration programs for multinational companies spans a broad range of industries, including consumer products, banking, retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, transportation and information technology, allowing him to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. He ensures regulatory compliance and develops long-term strategies to support workforce mobility. Edwing also has extensive experience advising corporate clients on employment- based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1, PERM and I-140 petitions, as well as adjustment of status and consular processing. His strategic guidance has helped companies retain critical talent while successfully navigating complex legal requirements.
In addition, Edwing has represented clients in high stakes situations, including drafting persuasive responses to Requests for Evidence and motions. His ability to analyze complex issues and advocate effectively has consistently protected the interests of his clients.
