Elizabeth is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where she assists clients with employment- and family-based immigration matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Elizabeth was an Associate Counsel for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) where she trained and advised USCIS adjudicators and leadership on compliance with immigration law. She was also a Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation where she represented immigration agencies in federal court, and an Assistant Chief Counsel in Baltimore. Elizabeth has represented clients before USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals in private practice. Her practice has spanned a range of immigration matters including I-130 and I-140 petitions, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, naturalization and litigation.
