Elsa is a Director at Fragomen’s Paris office, with 20 years’ experience in immigration services.
Elsa focuses on French inbound immigration matters where she advises on complex immigration cases and delivers consultancy expertise to clients in the banking, pharmaceutical, IT and automotive industries. She works closely with Fragomen’s Practice Leader in France to formulate business plans and strategies, further improve operational efficiencies and develop client relationships.
Elsa also has experience in leading teams on compliance, process adherence and best practice. She has contributed to cross-disciplinary and cross-regional advisory projects.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Elsa worked at a small law practice, a relocation company, an immigration consulting firm and one of the Big Four companies.
Elsa speaks English and French.
