Alors que les entreprises en France font face à des pénuries croissantes de main-d’œuvre, cette matinée mettra en lumière des solutions concrètes et éthiques de recrutement international à travers le programme Displaced Talent for Europe (DT4E 2.0), financé par l’Union européenne.
Ce programme offre aux employeurs un accompagnement complet et sans frais pour :
- Identifier et sélectionner des talents qualifiés réfugiés à l’étranger
- Faciliter les démarches administratives et la mobilité internationale
- Soutenir l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs au sein des entreprises
La session réunira des représentants du secteur privé, des organisations œuvrant pour l’inclusion professionnelle des réfugiés, ainsi que des experts en mobilité et conformité internationale.
Cette rencontre sera également l’occasion de :
- Découvrir le Talent Catalogue développé par Talent Beyond Boundaries
- Échanger avec des acteurs engagés autour d’une approche inclusive du recrutement
- Explorer les opportunités offertes par le programme DT4E 2.0 pour répondre aux besoins en compétences

We are pleased to invite you to an event organized by Fragomen France, in partnership with IOM France (International Organization for Migration) and Talent Beyond Boundaries, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at our offices at Colisée Gardens, 8 avenue de l’Arche, 92400 Courbevoie.
As companies in France face increasing labor shortages, this morning session will highlight concrete and ethical international recruitment solutions through the Displaced Talent for Europe (DT4E 2.0) program, funded by the European Union.
This program offers employers comprehensive and free support to:
- Identify and select qualified refugee talent abroad
- Facilitate administrative procedures and international mobility
- Support the integration of new employees within companies
The session will bring together representatives from the private sector, organizations working for professional inclusion professional support for refugees, as well as experts in mobility and international compliance.
This meeting will also be an opportunity to:
- Discover the Talent Catalogue developed by Talent Beyond Boundaries
- Network with stakeholders committed to an inclusive approach to recruitment
- Explore the opportunities offered by the DT4E 2.0 program to meet skills needs
