Géraldine is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Paris office, where she advises global clients in various industries, including energy, banking, sports and manufacturing. Géraldine uses her extensive knowledge of French immigration requirements to handle complex queries and exceed clients’ needs and expectations.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Géraldine worked in government and international public administrations. She was an advisor at the OECD, where she provided policy recommendations to governments, coordinated large-scale projects and liaised regularly with key stakeholders on labor migration and talent attractiveness. Géraldine was head of the Migration Unit for European Affairs, as part of French Prime Minister’s services (SGAE). In her role, she conducted strategic negotiations on immigration policies and labor mobility.
Géraldine’s pro bono work includes providing legal advice to migrant associations and local NGOs.
