Evan is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s London office, where he works in the Compliance and Audit team. He assists clients across a range of industries including technology, finance and private equity, engineering, shipping and professional services.
Evan assists clients in preparing and filing sponsor licence applications and renewals. He also advises on sponsor compliance obligations, licence structures, right to work checks, illegal working, the impact of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings on sponsor licences.
Prior to joining Fragomen’s Compliance and Audit team, Evan worked at Fragomen’s Sydney office where he advised businesses on a range of Labour Agreement related issues and assisted with corporate visa applications.
