Evan is a Manager in Fragomen’s London office, where he advises clients on all aspects of UK immigration law. His practice is focused on strategic compliance advisory and transactional immigration support. Evan works with clients across a range of sectors, with particular experience in aged and social care, energy and offshore, education, and professional services.

Evan assists employers in maintaining sponsor licence compliance, managing right to work obligations, and navigating the immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. He also provides practical guidance on day-to-day immigration programme management, helping clients efficiently move international talent while maintaining compliance with evolving UK immigration requirements.

Evan regularly assists with multi-jurisdictional matters, collaborating with Fragomen teams globally to deliver integrated solutions to multinational organisations. Before joining the London office, Evan worked in Fragomen’s Sydney office as part of the Advisory and Compliance Practice, where he primarily advised clients on Labour Agreement strategy and complex corporate immigration matters.
