Francesca is a Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai office, where she helps corporate clients establish their legal entities in the UAE and ensures they meet their annual compliance obligations in line with the local requirements. Francesca's experience spans across various sectors, including technology, nonprofit organizations, finance, healthcare and education. This broad experience allows her to provide tailored solutions and guidance to clients from different industries.
Before joining Fragomen, Francesca gained valuable experience with firms in the corporate set up space. Her diverse background includes working with startups, private clients and family offices, which has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set to effectively support clients with establishing and maintaining successful businesses in the UAE market.
