Giuliana is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she counsels multinational corporate clients and small businesses in various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, information technology and healthcare. She provides experienced assistance with nonimmigrant matters, such as E-2, E-3, H-1B, O-1, L-1 and TN visas. Giuliana also provides counsel on permanent residency matters, including multinational manager petitions, as well as the PERM Labor Certification process and other EB-1 petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Giuliana practiced personal injury law at a boutique firm in Chicago. In this capacity, she resolved her clients’ cases through pre-litigation settlements and arbitrations.
During law school, Giuliana clerked at the Chicago Legal Clinic, a not-for-profit organization focused on offering low cost family-based immigration legal services.
Giuliana speaks English and Spanish.
