Hector is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where he works with corporate clients to secure U.S. permanent residence and work authorization on behalf of sponsored employees. He also provides guidance to employers on immigration compliance and strategies.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Hector worked as an attorney at New York City-based immigration law firms, where he provided comprehensive immigration services to clients in various industries, including technology, legal, finance, aviation, logistics, arts, culinary and hospitality, among others. His client profile consisted of Fortune 500 companies, startups, small and midsize companies and individuals.
During law school, Hector volunteered for non-profit organizations, where he assisted with representing low-income populations on family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters. He has also provided consultations for Temporary Protected Status, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and naturalization applications on a pro bono basis.
Hector speaks English and Tagalog.
