Ian is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office and has been practicing business immigration law since 2009. He currently counsels several clients in various sectors on both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ian served as an in-house advisor at a tier one research university, where he handled both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions for faculty and research staff in the medicine, pharmacy, optics, engineering, astronomy and architecture fields. He also previously practiced in a boutique immigration firm, where he focused primarily on the education sector, with additional clients in the mining and mining services industry.
