Iris is a Director at Fragomen’s Shanghai office. She joined the firm in 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in China immigration. Iris supports clients of all sizes in the China inbound practice, ranging from small and medium-sized organizations to multinational Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries. In addition to leading a team of managers and consultants in providing a wide range of immigration services in China, Iris provides compliant and pragmatic outbound immigration solutions, including consular support and document procurement and legalization services, as well as immigration advisory and process planning support to Chinese clients going abroad.
