Mengjie (Isabella) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she focuses her practice on U.S. business immigration and compliance matters. She provides counsel for a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant issues and advises clients on nonimmigrant visas, PERM, I-140 and permanent residence. Isabella has experience counseling clients on strategies and processes related to permanent residence, naturalization and citizenship, as well as H-1B, H-4, F-1, B-2, L-1 and K-1 visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Isabella was an Associate at a mid-size immigration law firm, where she focused on employment- and family-based green card applications.
Isabella’s pro bono experience has included providing public charge legal consultations at a local clinic.
