Jacqueline is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she focuses on U.S. business immigration and compliance matters. She represents and counsels corporate clients from diverse industries, ranging from multinational companies to start-ups, on business immigration compliance issues and in a broad spectrum of cases, including nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B and L-1, PERM labor certification, extraordinary ability visas and permanent residence.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jacqueline practiced at a boutique immigration law firm, where she worked with clients of all sizes on employment and investment-based matters. After law school, Jacqueline served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Justice David W. Chew at the Eighth Court of Appeals of Texas.
Jacqueline currently serves on National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Pro Bono & Community Service Committee and was a former member of American Immigration Lawyers Association’s National Pro Bono Committee. She has provided pro bono services by participating in immigration clinics with Asian Law Alliance and Asian Americans Advancing Justice. During law school, Jacqueline volunteered with the Immigrant Families Advocacy Project and Seattle International District Legal Clinic.
Jacqueline speaks English, French and Mandarin Chinese.

Obtained numerous L-1 visa approvals based on a blanket petition for a global food manufacturing company.
Obtained EB-1C approval for a multinational technology corporation with previous EB-1C denial due to executive/managerial duty issue.
Obtained first O-1 approval for one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies and guided the overseas employee to obtain visa through consular processing.
Obtained approvals for entrepreneurs, artists, filmmakers, journalists, athletes and scientists under EB-1A, NIW and O-1 classifications.
Obtained numerous approvals for investors from China, Vietnam, India, Pakistan and Russia under EB-5 classification.
