As the leader of Fragomenās EMEA immigration program management team, Janis oversees a group of around 35 professionals, helping them develop a deep understanding of global immigration processes. Her leadership ensures that the team delivers exceptional service and strategic solutions to clients worldwide.
With experience in sectors such as tech, manufacturing, energy and media, Janis understands the distinct challenges faced by each industry. Her broad background allows her to apply valuable insights across different fields. For instance, the lessons learned from managing rotational programs in the energy industry can be adapted to similar structures in the tech sector, making her approach versatile and effective across various arenas.
