Jenny is an Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, where she advises multinational clients on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jenny advised a global technology company on a range of U.S. business immigration matters while working at a Big Four law firm in Toronto. She has experience in managing high volume casework across employed-based visa categories, including preparation and filing of I-140 petitions under the EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 categories, as well as Adjustment of Status filings. She worked closely with corporate stakeholders to deliver strategic immigration solutions in a fast-paced environment.
During law school, Jenny worked as a Staff Writer and Outside Articles Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review.
