Jieying (Catherine) is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she assists multinational corporate clients with a variety of immigration matters. She has experience advising clients on various business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, I-140 and I-485 applications. Catherine also has experience providing clients with legal consultation on immigration matters, conducting legal research, interpreting immigration laws and regulations for clients and representing clients at USCIS immigration interviews.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Catherine was an Associate at law firms in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented corporate clients in business immigration matters in various industries, including education, engineering, information technology, financial services, consumer goods and real estate.
Catherine speaks English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
