Josie is a Senior Manager based out of Fragomen’s Montreal office with more than a decade of Canada and U.S. business immigration experience. She advises clients and their employees on business immigration legislation and regulations, work visa and permanent residency requirements. She has experience with CUSMA Professional (TN) visas, intra-company transfers, H-1B visas, E visas, PERM applications and green card applications, among others. Josie has represented individuals and organizations from a variety of industries, including information technology, oil and gas, finance, professional services, hospitality, entertainment, manufacturing and engineering, focusing on temporary and permanent residence immigration matters as well as consular processing.
Josie is committed to fostering collaboration and providing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs. She helps businesses of all sizes develop and implement immigration policies and programs, as well as cost-effective, compliant relocation and workforce planning strategies.
Josie regularly interacts with USCIS, the DOL and the USCBP at various ports of entry, as well as consulates and embassies worldwide. She also provides training to human resources professionals on immigration compliance and the development and implementation of related policies and procedures.
