Julia is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Silicon Valley Writing Team. She focuses on preparing complex written support for Requests for Evidence (RFEs), EB-1 and O-1 petitions and other immigration matters.

Julia began her legal career at a Cincinnati-based law firm focusing on business immigration. In this role, she handled a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and processes, developing a strong understanding of U.S. employment-based immigration and familiarity with the distinctive language of business immigration.

During law school, she gained experience across a range of legal areas through externships, internships and clerkships, further developing her understanding of the legal and practical considerations involved in working with employers and individuals.

Following law school, Julia joined a small immigration firm, where she contributed to its expansion into business immigration. She has experience working with a diverse range of companies and handled a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including L-1A, E-2, H-1B and TN petitions, as well as PERM and immigrant petition processes.

Additionally, Julia is authorized to represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
