Julia is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where she primarily assists multinational corporations in the information technology and consulting sectors with employment-based visas and permanent residence matters.
Julia first joined Fragomen as a paralegal in the firm’s New York office, where she primarily handled immigrant visa matters, including PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status and employment authorization extensions. She subsequently worked as a law clerk and Associate at the firm’s Phoenix office, where she focused on Requests for Evidence, and PERM, H-1B, O-1, L-1 and EB-1 applications.
In Phoenix, Julia regularly volunteers with the International Rescue Committee, helping clients who have recently arrived in the U.S. to connect with their friends and family. She has also provided pro bono services through Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law’s Immigration Clinic, where she assisted clients with Special Immigrant Juvenile cases, and U- and T- visas.
