Kapil is a Director and UK‑qualified Solicitor with more than a decade of experience in business immigration and global mobility.

Based in Fragomen’s Doha office, Kapil oversees both the Qatar and Kuwait practices, providing strategic guidance across complex regional immigration frameworks. He directs corporate mobility strategy and immigration delivery across Qatar and Kuwait, advising clients on designing and embedding business processes that reflect local immigration policy and practical requirements.

In his most recent role, Kapil led the Client Engagement team, bridging the gap between technology and business. This involved managing end‑to‑end client relationships and driving strategic engagement across technology adoption and representation, helping clients optimize their immigration programs through tailored, tech‑enabled solutions.

Prior to this, Kapil was based in the firm’s London office, where he managed key client relationships and delivered strategic legal advice to both corporate and private clients. His UK practice covered the full spectrum of immigration matters, including strategic planning for international hires, securing sponsor licenses, relocation of global talent, and bespoke solutions for high‑net‑worth individuals. He also advised on settlement, European residence rights, and British citizenship applications.

A regular speaker at industry conferences and webinars, Kapil shares insights on business immigration trends, legal technology, and global mobility strategy.

Kapil speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi.
