Kasia is a Director of the European coordination practice based in Fragomen's London, UK office and has extensive experience counseling clients on global immigration matters. She has deep knowledge of immigration procedures in Eastern and Central Europe, the Balkans, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East, and more than 10 years of experience in management and administration. Kasia also has experience in helping clients to structure large-scale immigration projects in challenging markets.

Kasia supervises a team of experienced immigration consultants that coordinates international personnel transfers into Europe; assists clients with matters relating to inbound immigration; and sets the standards for and monitors the performance of partner law firms. Her team also researches complex technical immigration issues and helps to formulate solutions and strategies for international assignments.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kasia was a Regional Manager for a well renowned, privately owned firm with offices in more than 30 locations. She worked closely with multinational clients to support their strategic immigration planning. Throughout her career, Kasia has mentored and trained young professionals.

Kasia speaks English, Polish and Russian.
