Kate is a Director in Fragomen’s London office, with more than six years of experience in immigration law. She assists clients with all aspects of the Points Based System, with a particular focus on the Tier 2 visa category. Kate works with clients in a variety of business sectors, including IT, investment banking, advertising and recruitment. She also works with corporate clients to assist with Sole Representative applications. Before moving to the London office, Kate worked at our South African office as a consultant and focused primarily on applicants who fell within the critical skills categories.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kate worked within a large international firm in South Africa, where she provided advice in the areas of corporate, employment and family law.

Experience

Partnered with a multinational company to consolidate their UK immigration programme with Fragomen, including business strategies and customised and streamlined processes.

Advised companies on the maintenance of their immigration compliance and best practices. This included liaising closely with clients to prepare for government audits.
