Kate is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she supports corporate clients and individuals in a wide range of employment and family-based immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, waivers and local USCIS interview appearances. She has extensive experience with O, P, R, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-3, TN, H-1B, H-3 and EB visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kate practiced at a Boston-area immigration firm, where she focused on the firm’s employment-based practice as well as complex waivers, family-based immigration and removal defense. She was instrumental in developing a previous employer’s H-1B practice. Kate also worked for a boutique immigration firm focusing on visas for professional athletes and entertainers.
