Kathleen is a Manager in Fragomen’s Sheffield office, where she is responsible for quality management and ensuring exceptional client service. She has more than 17 years of experience providing immigration services. 

Kathleen specialises in assisting regional SME clients throughout the Northern Powerhouse with process compliance regarding all Home Office requirements, including sponsor duties associated with maintaining a Sponsor Licence and illegal working compliance. She conducts trainings and workshops for clients on UK immigration compliance requirements, applicable tiers of the Points-Based System, business traveller strategies and Brexit. She also hosts regular client service calls and meetings to update clients on relevant changes that could impact their immigration programmes.

Kathleen speaks English, French and Italian.
