Kaylyn is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises multinational and individual clients on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and family-based matters. She has experience working with clients in the finance, logistics, technology and tobacco industries.
Kaylyn began her legal career at a boutique business immigration firm, where she assisted with a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions for startups and small to midsize clients in the technology, risk assessment and shipping industries. She continued her practice in this capacity when the firm merged into a larger firm’s immigration practice group.
During law school, Kaylyn was Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review. Kaylyn also participated in her law school’s Civil Justice Clinic, where she assisted with securing immigration benefits for victims of trafficking and other serious crimes. She was also the Chairwoman of the Human Trafficking Prevention Project, and she co-authored human trafficking awareness training materials and presented to legal professionals, students, hospitality workers and medical providers.
