Kevin is an Associate in Fragomen’s New York office, where he counsels multinational clients on a wide array of U.S. business immigration matters and helps them navigate the challenging immigration landscape. He partners with clients to prepare immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN and EB-1 multinational executives or managers. He also has extensive experience handling complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
Kevin has regularly provided pro bono services—including assessing immigrant status eligibility, reviewing citizenship applications, conducting client intake interviews for indigent applicants and preparing applications for Temporary Protected Status—for organizations including Action for Boston Community Development, the Irish International Immigrant Center, Project Citizenship and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Advancement.
