Kimberley is a Senior Associate and Solicitor in Fragomen’s London office with more than seven years of immigration experience. As part of Fragomen’s UK Inbound Private Client team, she assists private clients with their immigration matters. Kimberley has extensive experience working across the full spectrum of immigration law, including the Points-Based System categories, sponsorship compliance, sponsor license applications, family reunion, settlement, human rights applications and more. She has worked in many complex immigration cases involving immigration bans and discretionary applications.
Kimberley speaks English and Mandarin.
