Kinka is a Senior Manager and Solicitor in our London office. She advises clients on all aspects of UK immigration, including the Points Based System (PBS), private clients and compliance obligations for Tier 2 sponsors. Kinka assists corporate clients with their international relocation immigration needs. She provides assistance to Tier 2 migrants, both new hires and intra-company assignees in the UK. Kinka works with both the business and the employee to help them to achieve their immigration objectives in the most efficient manner. Her clients include global retail companies, leading investment banks, global engineering companies, media companies and information technology companies.

Kinka also advises corporate employers on a variety of compliance matters, including training to human resources departments and audit preparation.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kinka worked for an immigration law firm where she focused on assisting private clients with spousal visas, settlement issues, nationality and other processes for A2 and European nationals.
