Kirsty is a Manager and Solicitor based in our London office since 2014. She provides strategic immigration advice to several major corporations including multinationals and household names, as well as SMEs and private clients. Kirsty’s experience spans a broad range of industries including telecommunications, financial services, technology, manufacturing and retail, with a particular focus on the construction sector.
Well versed in all aspects of UK immigration, Kirsty assists organisations with visa applications, sponsor licences, compliance, right to work, business travel and global mobility strategies, with an emphasis on pragmatic and solutions-oriented advice. As a Manager, Kirsty is responsible for overseeing a team of Associates and Paralegals to ensure the smooth delivery of transactional services with first class technical and legal knowledge.
Kirsty is a regular contributor to construction magazines and online journals and has published numerous articles about shortages, the use of immigration routes and compliance in the sector.
