Ko is a Manager at Fragomen’s London office, where he advises clients on sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance and the immigration-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions and business restructures. He has experience with corporate immigration, focusing especially on small and medium-sized enterprises and Japanese businesses, and extensive experience in applications under the Points Based System including Skilled Worker, Intra-Company Transfer and Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange visas. Ko also has experience in business process review and operation improvement projects.

Ko speaks English and Japanese.
