Kyle is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices immigration law. He manages a team that assists individual and organizational clients with visas, permanent residence (“green cards”), citizenship, and immigration compliance. He counsels on complex immigration issues, including requests for evidence, audits, appeals, admissibility, compliance and mergers and acquisitions.
Kyle plays a key role with the firm’s International Student Services, providing personalized immigration action plans and ongoing strategic immigration counsel to international students, their school advisors, and their employers. This includes leading his team’s Private Client Practice (PCP), focused on international students, entrepreneurs and other globally mobile professionals. He also partners with startup and established companies in critical infrastructure sectors to build best-in-class immigration programs.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kyle handled corporate immigration matters for a global software development company and a global IT consulting firm. While in law school, he studied abroad with the Notre Dame Law School London Law Program, published an article as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and worked as a Public Interest Law Fellow with a boutique immigration firm.
