Kyle is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices immigration law. He manages a team that assists clients with visas, permanent residence (“green cards”), citizenship and immigration compliance. He also plays a key role in the firm’s International Student Pathways Program.

Kyle leads his team’s Private Client Practice (PCP), providing personalized immigration actions, plans and ongoing strategic immigration counsel for international students, entrepreneurs and other globally mobile professionals. He also partners with startup and established companies in critical infrastructure sectors to build best-in-class immigration programs. Kyle focuses on complex immigration issues, including requests for evidence, audits, appeals, admissibility, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kyle handled corporate immigration matters for a global software development company and a global IT consulting firm. While in law school, he studied abroad with the Notre Dame Law School London Law Program, published an article as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and worked as a Public Interest Law Fellow with a boutique immigration firm.

Kyle is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and was awarded Fragomen’s Pro Bono Award, Attorney of the Year. He provides pro bono counsel focused on international students and their advisors on LGBTQ+ immigrants and has assisted detained women and children. As a Board Member of the Notre Dame Law Association (NDLA), Kyle serves as Liaison to the LGBT Law Forum at Notre Dame Law School. Kyle is also active in Fragomen’s U.S. Higher Education Committee, Mentorship Program and LGBTQ+ Inclusion Network Leadership Committee.
