Kyle is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York office, where he practices corporate immigration law. Kyle provides strategic counseling on nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and compliance matters. He focuses on complex employment and family-based immigration matters involving admissibility, appeals, criminal issues, maintenance of status, mergers and acquisitions, PERM and waivers. Kyle is also an active member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kyle handled corporate immigration matters for a global software development company and a global IT consulting firm. While in law school, he studied abroad with the Notre Dame Law School London Law Program, published an article as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and worked as a Public Interest Fellow with a boutique immigration firm.

Kyle was awarded Fragomen’s 2020 Pro Bono Award, Attorney of the Year. He provides pro bono guidance on employment, family and humanitarian-based immigration. Kyle counsels high school and college students and facilitates educational immigration sessions at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO); has assisted detained women and children; and won asylum for an LGBT client in partnership with Immigration Equality. He also participates in immigration clinics involving case assessment and preparation for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and naturalization matters. As a Board Member of the Notre Dame Law Association (NDLA), Kyle serves as Liaison to the LGBT Law Forum, providing mentorship to LGBT law students at Notre Dame Law School.
