Laxmi is a Senior Associate and Solicitor based in our Sheffield office. She has practiced immigration law since 2006 and as a solicitor since 2010. Laxmi advises clients on all aspects of UK immigration, including the UK Points Based System (PBS), with a particular focus on applications made under the Tier 2 General and Intra-Company Transfer visa category. She also assists corporate clients with business visitor visas.

Laxmi has extensive experience advising private clients on issues relating to settlement in the UK, British nationality and European free movement law and all aspects of family migration, including extended family members.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Laxmi worked at a smaller regional firm as an Associate in their immigration team, where she headed one of their offices and assisted in the management of the other offices. During that time, she gained extensive experience practicing immigration law and worked on a variety of applications.
